Custom foot orthotics are classically used to treat common maladies of the foot. Their role is to prevent pain during walking and, more importantly, to prevent abnormal ranges of motion in the joints of the foot. When the foot is subjected to persistent abnormal patterns of gait, symptoms occur such as localized foot pain, bunions, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip or back pain and even neck pain.

The Orthotic Group GaitScan™ system is a way for us to record the timing and pressure distribution of your normal walk and analyze the results to produce orthotics that can correct your specific foot problems.
