Serola Sacroiliac Belt
The Serola sacroiliac (SI) belt treats a variety of common issues that result in low back pain including sciatica, pregnancy pain, disc herniation, scoliosis, lateral canal stenosis and spinal subluxations. The SI belt provides external stability to the base of the spine to help return a normal range of motion to the SI joints which in turn provides pain relief from the muscles spasms, ligament stress/strain and pinched nerves created by these conditions. The advantage of the Serola belt is that it serves to take the place of the pelvic ligaments and not the muscles thereby improving muscular strength and function. We provide Trainers Choice wraps and supports for conditions such as tendonitis, repetitive strain injuries, and sprain/strains. Compression supports act to decrease pain and irritation of the injured joint and surrounding tissues, reduce the risk of re-injury, and promote faster healing time. They are comfortable, adjustable and easy to use.
Serola Elbow Brace
A Serola elbow brace can be used for relief of pain from tennis, golf, arthritis, stress and strains by providing selective compression on the forearm tendons and muscles. Pain occurs because the muscles of the forearm become overly tight pulling on their bony attachment to the elbow. Further activity aggravates the condition leading to further pain. The brace can be used on either arm and for either the inside or the outside of the elbow to provide comfort and allow healing of the elbow during activities, or while at rest. It works by taking the stress off of the bony attachments and absorbing the stress of the muscle pull and vibration.

The neck can be subject to stressors that cause pain and decreased range of motion. Theraband Professional Resistance Bands
Thera-Band latex exercise bands are used for low impact strength training resistive exercises which provide both concentric and eccentric resistance on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and muscle balance. Resistance bands are a safe and low-impact option for older people, and are often used for rehabilitation. Note that you should always replace the bands with any sign of wear and with heavy use, such as in rehabilitation bands should be replaced every 1 to 2 months.
